RETURNS/REFUNDS:
We understand that you may need to return/exchange a product. You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; in this case customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, such as you received an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs. Please contact us at info@apisdomumhemp.com and one of our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to assist you.

Exchanges:
If your item is incorrect (resulting from an error on our part), defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you, once we have received the item/s back.

Refunds:
Expect to receive your refund within 30 days of the return shipment (though, typically refunds are seen before 30 days). This time period allows for the transit time for your return, processing your return once we receive it, and time for your bank to process our refund request.

If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 30 days, please contact us at info@apisdomumhemp.com and let us know. We will work to resolve the issue immediately.

If your product was purchased through a Apis Domum Hemp distributor or retailer, you will need to contact your original purchase location for any return/ exchange.

DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES:
Customers have three days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product or if the package was damaged in transit. You can contact us at info@apisdomumhemp.com. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the three-day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.

If a package gets lost in transit, Apis Domum Hemp will not be responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered,”  which means U.S. Postal Service or the courier service successfully delivered the package to the specified address.  

If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided by a customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us.

SHIPPING:
We generally ship all items within 2-3 business days, and will provide tracking.  We are currently only shipping within the United States.

PAYMENT METHODS:
For online orders, we accept payment by select credit cards. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to invalid payment method, declined credit, expiration or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment. For certain payment methods you may be charged a processing/other fee, which you are responsible for.  Apis Domum Hemp’s Terms and Conditions, apply to payment methods and processing, and Apis Domum Hemp’s not responsible for any charges, errors or losses that may result from any payment method used by you for the purchase of our products.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
